On November 22, 2022 the City of Waterloo will be submitting a U.S. Environmental Protection Agency
Brownfields Cleanup Grant application for the former Rath Building located at 1442 Sycamore Street in
Black Hawk County, Waterloo, IA.
The public meeting for this grant application will take place at Waterloo City Hall in the Mollenhoff Conference Room, 715 Mulberry Street, Waterloo, Iowa 50703 on November 7, 2022 at 1:00 PM.
The City will have a copy of the application, as well as an Analysis of Brownfields Cleanup Alternatives, available for public review and comment. Comments regarding the application can be submitted to the City of Waterloo, Community Planning and Development at 715 Mulberry Street, Waterloo, Iowa 50703 by November 11, 2022.
