Brownfields Project Awarded $3 Million
Iowa Economic Development Authority (IEDA) officials awarded the Grand Crossings project $3 million in Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds in January 2015. The money is designed to provide affordable housing to flood damaged communities in Iowa.
