The Cedar Valley Food Bank began moving operations to its new location within the Human Services Campus at 1605 Lafayette Street. An EPA Brownfields Assessment Grant allowed the City to investigate the former commercial trucking property and clear it for redevelopment activities. The new 45,000 square-foot structure provides an important social service to the community and helps further stabilize the once declining Rath neighborhood.
